During his match with Triple H at tonight's One Night Stand pay-per-view, Randy Orton took a bad fall after being thrown over the top rope and apparently broke his collarbone in the process. During the broadcast you could hear Orton tell the referee about his injury. The announcers started selling the injury on the broadcast. The match was scheduled to go a bit longer, but they soon went to the finish. Orton remained out on the floor clutching his shoulder while the referee made the ten count. As soon as the match was over, medics quickly stormed ringside to check on Orton.

After the match, Orton was immediately taken into a room backstage to be examined. He was then sent to the San Diego Medical hospital to determine the severity of the injury.

Orton was diagnosed with a broken left collarbone.

Now just a few hours away from "One Night Stand," time to throw out our last minute predictions for the companies foruth PPV in about two months:

Undertaker vs. Edge in a TLC match for the world title and if Undertaker loses, he supposedly has to retire - Reports today is that Taker wants to take some time off, but at the same time, he won't be retiring, so unless they want to have an Edge vs Punk feud while Taker is gone and then makes his 100th comeback, I see Taker winning here. That doesn't mean he'll have it long though, as Edge can always rebound and take the strap in about a month or so.

HHH vs. Randy Orton in a last man standing match for the WWE title - If you look at the history of Last Man Standing matches, most seem to end in draws, which could happen here if we have to see this match yet again in four weeks at the Night of Champions. Otherwise, HHH wins and they move him on to a new program possibly with JBL. Ugh.

Shawn Michaels vs. Batista in a stretcher match - Michaels has nothing to gain here with a win, so I think unless there is a big swerve at the end with HBK going heel, Batista will go over. They may finally use Y2J's rumored heel turn to cost Michaels the win and push Batista, who needs to go over here.

John Cena vs. JBL in a first blood match - If the program leading up to the rumored Cena vs HHH SummerSlam match is JBL vs HHH, then look for him to cheat his way to a win here. This also after the way Cena won after getting dominated at Judgement Day.

C.M. Punk vs. John Morrison vs. Chavo Guerrero vs. Tommy Dreamer vs. Big Show to in a
Singapore Cane match to determine who faces Kane for the ECW title at the Night of Champions - I don't think there is any mystery to them wanting to have a Show vs Kane match at the Night of Champions, so go with Show here.

Jeff Hardy vs. Umaga falls count anywhere - These two always have good matches, so expect another one here. I think Hardy wins, but Umaga puts up another good fight and has a good match in what could be his last PPV match as a member of RAW as many think he'll go to SmackDown.

Beth Phoenix vs. Melina in an I Quit match - Phoenix wins here to set up a match with James at the Night of Champions.

The unbridled excitement on the road to One Night Stand is building to a fever pitch and it all could explode this week on SmackDown.

Last Week, General Manager Vickie Guerrero released yet another firestorm when she announced that at the Extreme pay-per-view, the vacant World Heavyweight Championship would finally be decided in a TLC Match between Undertaker and Edge. However, Guerrero quickly made it personal when she added the startling stipulation that if The Phenom loses, he must leave WWE forever. After Undertaker won a fierce match against Chavo Guerrero later that night - with Edge, Vickie, Curt Hawkins, Zack Ryder, and Bam Neely in tow - how will “the family” react on the doorstep of the One Night Stand? With the World Heavyweight Championship hanging in the balance, rest assured that the Ultimate Opportunist and the “love of his life” will have something up their sleeve.

After Shawn Michaels’ controversial win at their last meeting at Backlash, the stage has been set for a brutal Stretcher Match between The Showstopper and Batista at One Night Stand. And, if last week’s VIP Lounge and subsequent match against Montel Vontavious Porter are any indication, HBK is going to be facing a truly irate Animal. After punishing the former United States Champion, MVP, in last week’s grueling match, who will Batista unleash his fury on two days before his pay-per-view moment-of-destiny with HBK? WWE has announced that Rev Theory’s “Hell Yeah” will be the theme for the upcoming pay per view event One Night Stand!

“WWE said they wanted a track that jumps up and gets your attention,” said Rich, lead singer of Rev Theory. “‘Hell Yeah’ is a song that grabs you and doesn’t let go. We brought them the rock.”

“Hell Yeah,” a monster of a rock anthem, comes from Rev Theory’s upcoming Interscope Records debut, Light It Up, which hits stores June 10th.

One Night Stand will take place on Sunday, June 1st at 8 pm ET, 5 pm PT, and will be available on DISH Network, DIRECTV, and cable. Additionally, viewers can watch One Night Stand on a live webcast on WWE.com, which will be available for order on Tuesday, May 27th.

Here is the lineup for the "One Night Stand" PPV coming up on June 1st in San Diego:

Shawn Michaels vs. Batista in a Stretcher Match
Jeff Hardy vs. Umaga in a Falls Count Anywhere Match
John Cena vs. JBL in a First Blood Match
WWE Champion Triple H vs. Randy Orton in a Last Man Standing Match

Of course we'll have some sort of Undertaker-Edge match with a stip for the World Heavyweight Title, likely to be some sort of Falls Count Anywhere or No-DQ, No Count out match.

Rey Mysterio was scheduled to return for WWE's One Night Stand pay-per-view on 6/1 in San Diego, but at this point, Mysterio isn't ready to return to the ring and has been removed from all June house shows.
