Deuce's return on last night's edition of Raw was his first television appearance in over three months, dating back to June 20. Following a loss to Jesse and Festus (their second straight in two weeks), Deuce and Domino would brawl during the match and after, ending with Deuce laying out Domino with the "Crack 'em in da Mouth." He threw his jacket over his fallen partner, dissolving their partnership. Deuce was picked up by Raw in the Supplemental Draft, but hadn't made a single appearance - including house shows & dark matches - until last night. It was reported that Deuce would get a character makeover, but it looks like WWE isn't going to bother. Deuce lost in just over a minute to Santino Marella, which probably isn't a good sign for his future prospects on Raw.

Seventeen WWE wrestlers changed brands during the Supplemental Draft, and three weeks in, eight of them still have yet to debut on television on their new brand. The yet-to-debut list includes Carlito, Maria, Big Daddy V, Trevor Murdoch (who was of course released two weeks ago) and DH Smith on SmackDown; Deuce and Chuck Palumbo on Raw; and Super Crazy on ECW.

Management is said to be very high on Deuce, who was drafted to Raw in the Supplemental Draft. He's scheduled to be repackaged in a new gimmick and should at least get a chance to show what he can do on Raw. However, some of the road agents are skeptical on plans to push him because the feeling is that he isn't very good in singles matches. They feel he has some charisma, but his wrestling ability and timing in the ring is well below average.

Deuce, who was moved from SmackDown to Raw in the Supplemental Draft, it set to get a makeover. There has been talk of recognizing Deuce's background and morphing him into something resembling the new Jimmy Snuka, who is his adopted father. Before joining WWE, he did a Jimmy Snuka Jr. gimmick under the names Jimmy Snuka Jr., Solo Snuka, and Solo. He has also played a card shark gimmick from Las Vegas (which is where he's from) under the name Deuce Shade, but they probably won't be going in that direction.
