WWE Shocked at Response to Orton's Title Win
WWE officials have been surprised at the uproar of criticism from fans after Christian lost the World Heavyweight Title to Randy Orton. Officials weren’t expecting there to be such a backlash against Orton.

From my point of view I am not so much upset with Orton, as I am the decision to strip Christian of the title so soon after winning having been such a consistent performer. If he was good enough to have the title he was good enough for a run with it, even if it was a short one.
I hope WWE give Christian the chance to headline; perhaps with a faceturn and a run as heel.
