Matt Hardy Returns at SmackDown! House Show

I'm at the SD/ECW house show in Fort Wayne, IN. Just before intermission here we saw the return of Matt Hardy!
They did an angle after MVP retained against Jimmy Wang Yang. MVP proceeded to attack Jimmy but then Hardy came out to make the save. MVP took off out of the ring. Almost un-heel-like, he stopped and ran back in. Matt knocked him out, longingly looked at the US belt, and then laid the belt over him
