God Is Taking Care of Hulk Hogan

From RealityTV.com

American Gladiator host and Pro Wrestler, Hulk Hogan cannot wait for his son Nick’s early release from jail in a few weeks for good behavior and he wants to set the record straight about it. He spoke to Fox Reality recently about the early release.

“He’s not getting home earlier. That’s the biggest misconception that everybody has. He was sentenced to eight months and just like the other 800 prisoners who have been released this year, if you work a full-time job, and you behave, you get days taken off,” he says. “He’s not getting out any earlier than he should have. He’s just working hard and not sitting in his cell staring at the walls. He’s been working a full-time job as a janitor scrubbing floors and toilets.”

Hogan has had a difficult year with his wife filing for divorce and his son going to jail for a drunk driving accident which left his friend permanently injured. Hogan told Fox Reality TV that he’s now seeing the light at the end of this very long tunnel thanks to some much-needed faith.

“It’s kind of weird because I’ve had a lot of fastballs being thrown at my head this past year. A lot of things happened with personal stuff and different legal problems,” he notes. “Someone said, ‘Don’t worry about it Terry because it’s alright already. It’s in God’s hands, and everything happens for a reason.’

“It made me wake up again and be very grateful and realize that I don’t have to go anywhere to find anything because God’s taking care of me as long as I follow the path and stay positive. Things are going to be great again.”

His Faith in God may be getting him through indeed. He has a new reality show, “Hulk Hogan’s Celebrity Championship Wrestling,” premiering tonight on CMT. 10 celebrities will attempt to become wrestlers.

Hogan stated, “I figured they might be using it to get another look on TV and may not take it seriously, but everybody on the show got so into this.” Of course some took it a little too far. “Dustin Diamond was living this character. He’s a big Andy Kaufman fan, and he was a comedian who got into wrestling, so Dustin pretty much copied his character. He just got on everybody’s nerves. There was definitely some drama.”

No Suprise that Hulk's Little Girl Ready to Bare All in Playboy

It's of no shock at this point that the name "Hogan" is not as innocent or squeaky clean as we all once thought. From the messy divorce that has been in the headlines between Hulk and wife Linda for months, to the reckless accident by son Nick that has landed him in prison for the next few months, no more can Hulk with a straight face tell us to "say our prayers and take our vitamins."

This is why this latest story is not much of a shock. With her "music" career, and I use that term lightly after one song that got moderate play on the radio, daughter Brooke Hogan is now being rumored to be the next WWE lady (despite never being in a ring) to be doing Playboy. The rumor hit about a week ago, and this week it has picked up steam as the NY Daily News has confirmed that she has been approached about baring it all.

If you've seen Brooke more than once lately on your TV, it's due to the fact she's trying to push her new, awful, unwatchable TV show - "Brooke Knows Best," an unnecessary and sad take-off of "Hogan Knows Best," a popular reality show on VH-1 that actually was amusing, even more know with the extreme trouble the Hogan family in real life is having.

One of the main storylines in the "Hogan Knows Best" show centered around how daddy Hulk protected and basically sheltered Brooke for most of her youth, trying to keep her out of harms way, mostly meaning away from horny boys, for most of her teen years. Hulk's plans have clearly backfired, as Brooke not only used her "assets" to pose already for FHM magazine, but also her TV show seems to be about the young adult, her gay (not that there's anything wrong with that) roommate, and childhood friend roommate going to South Beach clubs to pick up guys.

Now the Playboy hotline is calling, complete with the WWE's likely backing if the Hogan daughter wants it. No better way to get Hulk in the fold for WrestleMania 25 in Houston than to have his naked daughter in Playboy and the WWE pushing it like they have for the past few years around Mania with Divas like Torrie, Ashley, Candice and last year's Maria.

With her "career" nothing more than hanging onto the coat tails of her father and sad attempts to be another peppy pop-star, I wouldn't doubt for a moment that the world will get to see ALL of what Hulk and Linda produced in the coming months in the most famous nudity magazine of them all.

Hogan, Family Receive Obscene Threats

Professional wrestling legend Hulk Hogan and his family have apparently been receiving some threatening voice messages. TMZ.com reports the Clearwater, Florida Police Department is investigating the matter and believes the messages are from a member of John Graziano's family. Graziano, a United States Marine, was the passenger in the car Hogan's son Nick Bollea crashed into a tree last summer. He was a decorated war veteran who served two tours of duty in Iraq.

The accident left Graziano virtually brain dead and sent Bollea to jail. Bollea is serving a eight-month sentence for reckless driving. The "St. Petersburg Times" reports the caller used obscenities to describe Hogan's wife and daughter and then shifted the focus to Nick, telling Hogan, quote, "Your kid's going to burn." The caller then says, quote, "Every marine, every gangsta, every low life, every crack head and every scum bag is going to be looking for you."

Two Hogan Notes as They Try to Dig Out of Latest Saga

From: Wrestling Observer

Damage control time. Hulk Hogan will be appearing on Larry King Live Tuesday, almost certainly to talk about the jail tapes controversy. There should be a poll about whether or not he's going to do more harm than good here.

Speaking of Hogans, Nick was moved out of solitary confinement into a communal cell yesterday and will now be living with three other juvenile inmates.

Nick Hogan Going Nowhere - Judge Denies House Arrest Request

The Associated Press issued the following article:

Judge denies Bollea's bid to end jail isolation

TAMPA, Fla. - Hulk Hogan's 17-year-old son will stay in solitary confinement for now. A judge on Tuesday denied Nick Bollea's request to change the conditions of his jail sentence because solitary confinement is causing him "unbearable anxiety."

Bollea is serving eight months in jail after pleading no contest to causing a crash that seriously injured his friend.

Officials say he is segregated from other inmates in the county jail in Clearwater because he is a minor, even though he was convicted in adult court.

On Monday, his attorneys sued the Pinellas County sheriff, accusing jail officials of violating his privacy.

The lawsuit says jailers improperly released to the media recordings of telephone calls between him and his parents and allowed a news crew to film them

Hogan's Can Call an Old Friend to Do Damage Control Over Jail Tapes

Let's just say that this has not been a good week to have the last name of Bollea, or in Pro Wrestling circles - Hogan. Yes, the man that defined the sport and took it to new heights in the 1980's has now taken real life to new lows, and all it appears in the name of money. Hulk (Terry) Hogan, along with wife (soon to be ex-wife) Linda and son Nick are in a whole heap of trouble these days, and all because they simply can't keep their mouths shut.

Just to bring you up to speed if you've missed all the drama, Nick Hogan is serving 8 months in prison for being at fault during a high speed accident that left his "best" friend John Graziano, a Marine, in a state where he will need constant medical care the rest of his life. Nick walked away from the accident without barely a scratch. The court proceedings that followed were highlighted by Hulk and Linda playing the role of hurt parents, giving love to the Graziano family and for John, even calling him a part of the family at one point. Turns out like a swerve in wrestling, it was all a ploy simply to try and reduce Nick's jail time.

This past week, with Nick now in jail for about 3 weeks, tapes have been released of phone conversations between Nick, his dad, and his mom. The tapes are some of the most stunning things that you could ever hear, complete with Hulk basically saying that the accident that caused Graziano his condition was due to the way he lived his life. "For some reason God laid some heavy sh*t on that kid. I don't know what he was into." Son Nick goes so far as to say that Graziano was "a negative person."

The tapes continue, with Nick and Hulk talking about a reality show that will highlight Nick once he gets out of jail and follows him around as he tries to rebuild his life. Yes, you can't pay for stuff this good. Hulk says the show could be called "The New Nick," while the pampered son talks about wanting to make sure that he is able to make "the most money" doing the show. Hulk also talks about former Wonder Years actor Jason Hervey and former President of WCW Eric Bishoff being involved with the show.

Of course media outlets are jumping on this story, and even national outlets like CNN are now doing nightly reports on the tapes in some of their shows. The Graziano family has come out blasting the Hogan family, as they should, and so far we've heard no damage control whatsoever from the Hogan family. What could they possibly say to save face at this point?

The reality (no pun intended) of the situation is that the Hogan family has been duping the general public for years. Their reality show on VH-1 was nothing but a scam, the "careers" of son Nick as a wannabe race car driver and daughter Brooke as a singer have been a joke, and about the only way Hulk can make money is by making in-ring appearances for the WWE. As for Linda? Forget it, she's a lost cause at this point who does nothing but spend money like a fish and care for a bunch of animals.

With ratings in the WWE for RAW Monday night reaching close to a 10 year low, if Vince McMahon, a master promoter in his right, wants to make ratings go through the roof, and Hulk Hogan save face at the same time, the two should do what they do best - pair up. Yes, Hulk should get together a teary speech with more than one "I'm sorry" involved, and do it on Monday Night RAW, in front of what would be a record audience.

Many have written the Hogan's off after the release of the tapes, but I wouldn't go that far. Hulk and company have bounced back before, and while nothing like this has really ever hit their lives, with some clever PR and using the platform that made him famous (wrestling), major damage control over the tapes can be done. Make no mistake as sad as it is, the jail tapes may be the best "real life" storyline wrestling has seen in a long time. It's just a shame that it's come at the expense of the future of a young man like John Graziano.

Hulk and Nick Hogan Caught Bashing Crash Victim

From: WrestleAttitude

An audio tape of Hulk Hogan and his jailed son Nick Hogan badmouthing crash victim John Graziano has been posted on TMZ.com. "Well, I don't know what type of person John was or what he did to get himself in this situation," Hulk said. "I know he was pretty aggressive and used to yell at people and used to do stuff. For some reason, God laid some heavy shit on that kid, man. I don't know what he was into." Nick responds by saying, "John was a negative person."

The audio recording also includes clips of Hulk and Nick discussing their plans for a reality show that would feature Nick attempting to bounce back following a stay in jail. Hulk proposes the name "The New Nick" and suggests that his son work on names. At one point, Nick says, "I want to do it where I'll make the most money." Hulk then suggests that he, Eric Bischoff, and Jason Hervey.

Hulk and Family to Get Private Visits with Nick in Jail

From: PWInsider

The Suncoast News in Florida reported today that while Nick Hogan is incarcerated at Pinellas County Jail, he will receive private video visitation with his family while no one else is visiting incarcerated family members.

The decision was made after a number of people approached Hulk Hogan for photos and autographs while he was visiting with Nick on Sunday. The Hogan family were allowed to return privately on Monday. An accompanying picture in the article showed Hulk and Linda talking to Nick via a video screen and telephone, the former WWF and WCW champion's arm draped over Linda's chair.

"It was disruptive and disorderly in the video visitation room," Cecilia Barreda, a Pinellas County Sheriff's Office spokeswoman told the newspaper about the mindset behind the decision. Private visitation is rarely granted.
