Although WWE.com originally said, back in July, that Kane was expected to be out of action for three months after sustaining an "injury" due to an attack by Mark Henry, The Wrestling Observer is reporting that current plans call for Kane to return at The Royal Rumble PPV in January.

WWE is building towards a feud between Natalya and Beth Phoenix over the Divas Title. The two could meet in a match as early as the December PPV. If not, that's where the turn for likely Natalya will take place, and the two will then do battle at the Royal Rumble in January.
