Nick Hogan Going Nowhere - Judge Denies House Arrest Request

The Associated Press issued the following article:

Judge denies Bollea's bid to end jail isolation

TAMPA, Fla. - Hulk Hogan's 17-year-old son will stay in solitary confinement for now. A judge on Tuesday denied Nick Bollea's request to change the conditions of his jail sentence because solitary confinement is causing him "unbearable anxiety."

Bollea is serving eight months in jail after pleading no contest to causing a crash that seriously injured his friend.

Officials say he is segregated from other inmates in the county jail in Clearwater because he is a minor, even though he was convicted in adult court.

On Monday, his attorneys sued the Pinellas County sheriff, accusing jail officials of violating his privacy.

The lawsuit says jailers improperly released to the media recordings of telephone calls between him and his parents and allowed a news crew to film them

Boo hoo, you little baby. Since when was punishment for a crime supposed to be easy. You have rendered your "friend" virtually disabled for the rest of his life. Stop crying to your dad, mom, and lawyers in getting you a lighter sentence. You should be put away for a much longer time. Trust me, if it weren't for the status of your dad, you would have been put away for a much longer time. As for those phone calls, you and your family are pathetic. You show and have no remorse for the deed you have done. One word of summing you and your family......PATHETIC

Nick needs to be exactly where he is right now. He thought he was grown up enough to get behind the wheel of a car, drive reckless, drink alcohol and break the rules that are put in place to protect others from unsafe drivers. He has continually broke the law by driving over 100 miles an hour on public roads, and now he must pay a very small price for what he has done. 8 months is only a pittance of his total life. John Graziano will be paying for the rest of his life for his mistake of getting next to Nick in his car. I’m sure he would gladly ‘trade’ places’ with him. Nick should be using this time to reflect on the errors of his ways and be speaking out against street racing to other young people, instead of trying to get out and make money off of others tragedy.
