Chris Benoit is said to have argued with his wife over a life insurance policy the WWE wrestler had recently purchased. Pro Wrestling.com is reporting that Chris Benoit took out a new life insurance policy, which listed his ex-wife and oldest child as the beneficiaries. Even if he did that, will it now pay since authorities have concluded that he committed suicide?

Nancy and Chris were apparently at odds over his lack of time spent at home. World Wrestling Entertainment performers spend a ton of time on the road and it is a grueling schedule. It demands incredible physical ability and many have speculated that is why steroids and perhaps even painkillers are involved. The toxicolgy reports are paramount.

The there is the couple's precious little boy. Scott Ballard, District Attorney of Fayette County, Ga., released the following statement about his rumored health issues:

"There are additional reports that contradict the earlier information that suggested that Daniel Benoit may have suffered from Dwarf Syndrome or Fragile X Syndrome. Daniel's family denies that he suffered from either condition. As a result of the family's concerns, the Fayette County Sheriff's investigators and the District Attorney's Office have inquired into this matter.

Continuing: "A source having access to certain of Daniel's medical reports reviewed those reports, and they do not mention any pre-existing mental or physical impairment. Reports from Daniel's educators likewise contradict the claims that Daniel was physically undersized. The educators report that Daniel graduated kindergarten and was prepared to enter the first grade on par with the other students."
