Former WWE Superstar The Rock (Dwayne Johnson) and his wife, Dany Garcia Johnson, released a statement today in People Magazine that they are separating.

"While certain aspects of our relationship have changed, we are both vitally important to each other's lives. We will continue to advance and manage our business interests, our philanthropic efforts, and most importantly, the raising of our child together as a loving team. We've been fortunate enough to spend the last 17 years together as a couple and look forward to spending the rest of our lives together as best friends and business partners."

The Rock and his wife made numerous appearances over the years at WWE events together, and even at his movie premiers. Rock wrote in his book "The Rock Says" which was released in 2000 about their courtship as well as their marriage. The pair had a baby girl a few years back, who he spoke of in the press release. Rock has not been in a WWE ring in over two years, but did make a TV shot before WrestleMania 23 talking about the McMahon vs Trump angle.
