WWE confirmed on its website this afternoon that ECW Champion Christian will face William Regal on the SummerSlam pay-per-view this Sunday. A F4Wonline report early Tuesday said that WWE creative was complaining about not having anything serious for Christian, which led to speculation that the Christian-Regal feud was not booked to spill onto the SummerSlam card. Ultimately, however, WWE decided to add a third World Title bout to the show.
