Plans to Have ECW Join RAW Brand Pushed Back Again

WWE.com now has the house shows in Arkansas on September 12th and 13th listed as Raw events. Both shows were previously listed as Raw/ECW events, so WWE's plan to do Raw and ECW joint shows has apparently been pushed back again.
The house show in Rochester, New York on September 5th will be a tri-branded Supershow. It had been advertised previously as a Raw show.
