Seat Fillers Needed for RAW Show on March 24th!
WWE Fans - this is your chance to be part of the action!
On Monday, March 24th, WWE Raw is coming to the Colonial Center and SEAT FILLERS ARE NEEDED! Please read below for information on this fun opportunity.
Time needed: Please meet at the Colonial Center Box Office no later than 7:15pm!
Seat Filler Guidelines
Ø Your main purposes this evening is to assist the television production
Ø In the event that a seat can be seen by the television viewer becomes empty, you will be instructed to occupy that seat
Ø You will need to be in the your seat PRIOR to the start of the event
Ø A World Wrestling Entertainment official will notify you when a seat becomes open. This is your sign to jump to action. You will be directed where to sit by the WWE official
Ø Remain in the seat until the “owner” of the seat returns of a WWE official instructs you to move to another location
Ø It is important that you are polite to those around you. Keep in mind that the seats you are occupying probably belong to a friend or a family member of those around you. Inform these people that you are only sitting in their seat until the person returns. Also, feel free to let them know that you are assisting in the TV production. Let those folks know that you are in prime television view and keeping the seats occupied is important
Ø Once the seat holder returns please get up and return to your “home seat”
Ø Feel free to bring your signs with you. If you are sitting in a seat that has another empty seat next to you, then use your sign to cover that chair.
Ø Please refrain from having too many alcoholic beverages. The last thing we need is an intoxicated seat filler
Ø We can not guarantee that you and your friends will always be able to stick together. You may be asked to sit in seats separate from your party you must be willing to sit apart from your friends for periods of a time. Keep in mind when youngsters are chosen to be seat fillers. They MUST be willing and able to be apart from their friends and parents
Ø In some instances, you might not be called upon to move into empty seats. If this happens, then just sit back and enjoy the show!
In the event that you are unable or unwilling to adhere to the above guidelines, we ask that you decline accepting tickets to this evening’s events
Just a reminder, your MAIN PURPOSE this evening is to assist with the TV production. Be PREPARED to move into seats that are going to be shown on television
